About the Role
We are building an AI-native product in the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) domain, aimed at disrupting the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) globally. Our mission is to build an Agentic AI platform to deliver intelligent & scalable, and high-impact solutions.
We are looking for a young and dynamic Associate Product Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a consulting or product company background who wants to grow in a high-impact role building next-gen AI-powered products.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior product manager to define product roadmaps and features.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and refine product strategy.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to ideate, build, and launch user-centric AI-driven features.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Leverage Figma or similar design tools to collaborate with UI/UX teams for wireframing and prototyping.
- Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on AI/ML trends, especially in the MRO and enterprise technology space.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- AI first mindset.
- Master's degree (preferably from a top-tier B-school in India or abroad).
- 12 years of experience in consulting or in a product-focused company.
- Good to have a hands-on knowledge of AI models and Python programming.
- Understanding of modern product workflows and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
