Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager who can take full ownership of client products — from the first discovery conversation to post-launch maintenance. This role goes beyond task tracking; you will work closely with users, translate insights into clear requirements, coordinate delivery, and leverage AI tools to improve speed and efficiency across workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Delivery

Own the complete product lifecycle for client projects — from discovery and scoping through development, launch, and ongoing maintenance.

Define and maintain product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and release plans in collaboration with the founding team.

Write clear and detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.

Track delivery milestones and proactively identify blockers, risks, and tradeoffs.

Manage client communication and expectation-setting throughout project execution.

Deep User Understanding

Conduct user interviews, usability sessions, and contextual inquiries to understand user needs deeply.

Build and maintain user personas, journey maps, and problem statements.

Translate qualitative insights and quantitative data into product decisions and prioritization.

Advocate for users during sprint planning, design reviews, and stakeholder discussions.

AI-Powered Productivity

Use Claude Projects as the central documentation system for PRDs, meeting notes, research synthesis, client briefs, and sprint planning.

Automate repetitive PM workflows such as status reports, research summaries, and requirement drafts using AI tools.

Leverage AI for research analysis, competitive intelligence, and stakeholder presentation content.

Stay updated with emerging AI tools and introduce productivity improvements to the team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure clear understanding and accurate execution of requirements.

Facilitate sprint ceremonies, design reviews, and client demos effectively.

Identify gaps between client expectations and product reality early and create actionable resolution plans.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

2–3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech product or digital agency environment.

Proven ability to own products end-to-end and work independently in ambiguous environments.

Strong written communication skills with the ability to create actionable documentation.

Experience using Claude Projects or willingness to become a power user.

Strong curiosity about users and user behavior.

Comfort using AI tools to automate and accelerate PM workflows.

Good to Have

Experience working directly with clients in a consultancy or agency setup.

Basic familiarity with design tools like Figma and front-end concepts.

Exposure to AI/ML products or data-driven product decision-making.

Experience with tools such as Notion, Linear, Jira, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
