Associate Product Manager - Job Overview

We are looking for a high-potential professional to join us as an Associate Product Manager. This is a hands-on role where you will work directly with founders, engineering, operations, and clients to solve real problems in healthcare billing, automation, and data workflows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving messy problems, working with data, thinking in systems, and building products from scratch.

What You Will Do

  • Work with founders to identify product and process gaps in live client workflows
  • Convert operational problems into clear product requirements
  • Write PRDs, user stories, and work closely with engineering teams
  • Analyze billing, claims, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Participate in product design, feature prioritization, and release planning
  • Speak to internal users (ops team) and external users (clients) to gather feedback
  • Track feature performance and suggest improvements
  • Work on automation initiatives across claims, reporting, and workflows

What We Are Looking


  • Fresher or up to 1.5 years experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Comfort working with Excel / Google Sheets / data
  • Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured solutions
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • High ownership mindset and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup
  • Curiosity to learn healthcare, billing, and automation workflows
