Associate Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Team Support & Mentorship: Collaborate with and support a high-performing product development team, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
• Agile Testing & Execution: Conduct rigorous, agile testing of implemented features to ensure product reliability, performance, and quality.
• Product Scalability: Contribute to building a scalable, secure, and compliant platform that can support rapid growth.
• Technical Product Management:
• Understand CI/CD pipelines, API integrations, containerized environments, and secure development workflows.
• Prepare and maintain product documentation, feature specifications, and user guides.
• Explore AI-driven tools and recommend their integration into product workflows.
• Use SQL and analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) to measure and optimize product performance.
• Product Discipline: Write clear and actionable specifications, prioritize trade-offs effectively, and deliver features that solve real user problems.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities in AI, FinTech, and consumer technology spaces.
