Associate Product manager
Join us to build next-gen Agentic AI experiences that power how enterprises work. We're looking for an Associate Product/Product Manager to own high-impact Agentic AI products built on an enterprise ITSM platform.
You'll drive the end-to-end roadmap, shape customer engagement across apps, chatbots, and integrations, and work closely with senior leadership.
This is a high-visibility role for someone who enjoys building data-driven, customer-first products.
Role overview:
- Own the AI at Work (AIW) product built on the Apex 2.0 ITSM platform, delivering agentic AI use cases and vertical agents (e.g., HR agent).
- Lead the engagement layer strategy and product roadmap execution, including customer-facing experiences across mobile apps, chatbots, and integrations (e.g., Microsoft Teams). You will own and drive the user engagement layer end-to-end.
- This is a high-visibility, time-demanding role that involves periodic liaison with customers and sales reps and regular exposure to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership of the product roadmap for AIW and the engagement layer; define scope, write user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize backlog, and drive sprint execution.
- Liaise with all stakeholders (engineering, design, QA, sales, marketing, finance) and external partners/vendors/customer reps to ensure effective delivery and unblock dependencies.
- Design and run A/B tests across AI agents and engagement touchpoints; formulate hypotheses, define success metrics, analyze results, and iterate based on telemetry.
- Lead requirement elicitation and translate business and customer needs into clear PRDs, workflows, and release plans; ensure alignment with revenue and sales cycles.
- Prepare and deliver periodic business reviews to leadership, presenting key findings, shortfalls, roadmap updates, and competitive insights.
- Instrument telemetry and monitoring to track adoption, activation, agent performance, and mobile app engagement; use data to inform prioritization and optimization.
- Conduct competitive research and benchmark relevant features to guide positioning and roadmap decisions.
- Champion Agile/Scrum best practices; run or participate in sprint ceremonies, maintain velocity and quality, and improve product delivery processes.
- Own mobile app release readiness and GTM coordination, including cross-functional launch plans and ongoing performance tracking.
Must-have qualifications:
- 7–12 years of experience, with at least 7 years, preferably in the ITSM domain or related domains. Must have a strong product management track record delivering B2B/SaaS products end-to-end.
- Proven experience and track record of owning product roadmaps and shipping web/mobile products using Agile/Scrum.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills across technical and business teams as well as external partners.
- Being comfortable with A/B testing, product telemetry, and data-driven decision-making.
- Solid business acumen; ability to connect product decisions to revenue, sales cycles, and customer outcomes.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines; willing to manage a time-demanding, high-visibility remit with proactive actions.
Nice-to-have qualifications:
- ITSM/ITIL background.
- CSPO or similar product management certification.
- Technical know-how (basics) with APIs, integrations, and mobile app lifecycles.
- Experience with agentic AI, conversational interfaces/chatbots, or Microsoft Teams integrations.
Tooling and processes:
- Jira (or similar) for backlog and sprint management.
- Amplitude (or similar) for product analytics and telemetry.
- Agile/Scrum methodologies (must-have).
- Familiarity with experimentation tooling; Mixpanel/Google Analytics and basic SQL are a plus. Collaboration with design tools (e.g., Figma) is beneficial.
Work model:
- Bangalore-based, hybrid. Periodic customer and stakeholder interactions are expected; flexibility for extended hours may be required around key releases or reviews.
