What You'll Do
SpotDraft is on a mission to help legal and business teams move faster, together. Our AI-powered contracting platform is redefining how companies manage contracts, and our story deserves to be told in creative, human, and memorable ways.
What We're Looking For
- Work closely with the backend & frontend engineering, legal tech, design, sales, support, and customer success teams to deliver world-class customer-obsessed products and features.
- Be the voice of the customer. Develop a deep understanding of our customers and build the best product user experiences for them. Get into meetings with them to understand their needs and solve their pain points.
- Create a knowledge base and training to help customers get more value from SpotDraft.
- Create detailed product requirement documents, wireframes, and user stories with the ability to imagine the user journeys - happy paths, unhappy paths, and edge cases.
- Empathize with dozens of personas and use cases, and think user-first.
- Have a data-oriented approach and an eye for numbers, insights, and metrics.
- Ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage fast-paced environments and changing priorities.

What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of relevant product management experience in a product company.
- Has shipped high-impact products consistently, ideally for SaaS or legal tech products.
- High energy and high ownership individual with a keen interest in building 0 to 1 systems that have large-scale real-world impact.
- Good understanding of UX Design practices in the SaaS space.
- Good understanding of APIs, webhooks, web sockets, etc. Experience in using API testing tools such as Postman is a plus.
- Good understanding of various products such as CRMs, HRMSs, ticketing, cloud storage, etc. is a plus.
- Ability to think granularly and are hungry to learn and evolve in all things.
- Bias for action and experience in making things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for articulating customer challenges clearly.
- Analyze and synthesize data, including writing SQL.
- Proficient with data analytics tools like Amplitude, Metabase, etc., or the equivalents.
