India's booming consumer market has over 300 million credit-eligible consumers, yet only 35 million actively use credit cards. At Snapmint, we're reimagining how credit works—with a product-first approach that puts the consumer experience at the center. Our EMI and Pay Later solutions are designed from the ground up to be intuitive, accessible, and frictionless—enabling millions of Indians to purchase what they need, when they need it, whether it's fashion, electronics, or daily essentials.

From seamless onboarding to instant approvals and zero-cost EMIs, all our products are engineered to empower users while maintaining transparency and trust. We believe that enduring financial services are built not just on fair terms, but also on products that solve real problems with simplicity and scale.

Founded in 2017, Snapmint is now India's leading online zero-cost EMI provider. With over 10 million consumers served across 2,500 cities—and doubling year on year—our growth is a direct outcome of building a world-class online product that people love and rely on.

Role Overview:

We're hiring an Associate Product Manager who will own a new user acquisition — getting the right people onto the platform and through their first EMI transaction. This means working across product, growth, and credit to reduce friction, run experiments, and ship things that move the funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the acquisition funnel from discovery to first successful transaction
  • Identify and prioritize levers across merchant checkout, onboarding, referrals, and partner integrations
  • Work with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to build and ship features
  • Track metrics like activation rate, first transaction rate, and CAC — and run experiments to improve them
  • Understand Snapmint's users, especially first-time credit users from Tier 2/3 cities, and bring that into product decisions
  • Spot and fix drop-off points in the KYC, underwriting, and onboarding flow

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years in product management, with experience in growth or consumer-facing products, experience working in startups / top tier consulting firms
  • Background in fintech or a high-growth consumer app is a plus
  • Comfortable with data - SQL, dashboards, A/B testing
