As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning key product areas across Dhan's trading and investing platforms, including discovery, requirement definition, execution, launch coordination, user feedback, and post-launch adoption. The role will work as part of the broader product team structure, collaborating with engineering pods and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product initiatives are delivered with clarity, speed, and business impact.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Own product features end-to-end: problem discovery, requirement gathering, PRD creation, and user flow design
• Coordinate closely with Design and Engineering teams through build, UAT, and launch
• Plan launches and track post-launch performance, iterating based on data and feedback
• Use data, user feedback, and business inputs to drive product decisions
• Define clear requirements and manage stakeholder expectations across Engineering, Design, QA, Business, Operations, Customer Support, Compliance, Marketing, and Analytics
• Track execution and ensure timely delivery of product initiatives
• Work with SQL, analytics dashboards, wireframing tools, and project management tools as part of your daily workflow

Who We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years of relevant Product Management experience, preferably in fintech, broking, trading, investing, wealth-tech, consumer internet, or SaaS
• Proven experience owning product features end-to-end (discovery through post-launch tracking)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using SQL, analytics dashboards, wireframing tools, and PM tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
• Solid understanding of digital product development, user journeys, app/web platforms, APIs, and basic technology concepts
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
