As a pivotal cross-functional force, the Product team interfaces with Account Management, Engineering, Business, Design, and Technology — ensuring every feature, fix, and roadmap decision reflects both market competitiveness and the distinct needs of our customers.
About The Role
The Product Management function at Quest2Travel sits at the core of how we build, scale, and reimagine travel. By bringing together technology, data, design, and business insight, it creates seamless experiences for our customers . The Product Manager takes a pivotal role in shaping strategy, translating insights into impact, and pushing the boundaries of travel tech to make Quest2Travel experience world class .
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the Product Charter(s) for the Service Offerings to the Enterprise corporate customers.
- Understand the pain-points and design customised solutions, unique to the customer's requirements.
- Analyse data to understand underlying trends and build future proof solutions.
- Adopt and utilise best practices in AI driven solutions to drive efficiency and customer delight.
- Help Shaping up the post-booking journey of the customer, improve customer satisfaction and enhance platform capabilities.
Qualification & Experience
- Management graduate (preferred) with an engineering background.
- 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in a product management role.
- Demonstrated ability to work at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience
- Comfortable navigating fast-paced, product-led environments with evolving priorities
- Prior exposure to consumer-facing, technology-enabled businesses or products is preferred.
- Experience with B2B Product management preferred, but not mandatory.
Key Success Factors For The Role
- C onceptualizing and building new products and features that are accurate , scalable, and impactful, addressing key partners and customer needs.
- Defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver measurable business outcomes and enhanced user experiences.
- Collaborating closely with technology, design, QA, supply, finance, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of product releases.
- Owning and tracking key product KPls , analyzing performance continuously, and iterating post-launch to strengthen adoption and experience
- Building strong product insights through consistent customer engagement, market research, and competitive benchmarking.
- Creating seamless and differentiated user experience for both hotel consumers and hosts within the Connect ecosystem.
