At Phenom, we are redefining the entire talent lifecycle through AI. As an Associate Product Manager, you won't just manage features; you will own the evolution of the
Talent Experience (TXM). You will sit at the intersection of human psychology and cutting-edge automation, helping organizations hire faster, develop smarter, and retain longer.
What You'll Do
- Help shape the product vision for key pillars within the Phenom platform. You'll assist in translating high-level goals into a concrete, actionable roadmap.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to lead features through the entire lifecycle - from Discovery and Prototyping to Delivery and Global Adoption.
- Act as a bridge between our users and our builders. You will synthesize feedback from Customer Success, Sales, and Support into clear, prioritized backlogs that solve real-world talent hurdles.
- Conduct deep-dive competitive research and customer discovery to ensure Phenom remains the category leader in AI-driven HR tech.
- Define Success for every feature. You'll track adoption, engagement, and workflow efficiency, using those insights to relentlessly iterate.
- Identify strategic integration opportunities across the platform, ensuring your product area aligns seamlessly with the broader Phenom ecosystem to drive platform synergy and maximize long-term customer value.
- Author crisp, high-quality artifactsincluding user stories, acceptance criteria, and enablement documentationthat keep global teams aligned and inspired.
What You've Done
- 14 years of PM experience. You have a track record of shipping software and can point to the impact your features had on users.
- As an execution driver you know how to manage dependencies, navigate trade-offs, and keep a sprint on track without breaking a sweat.
- You can listen to a customer's want and identify their actual need. You are passionate about solving the why behind the what.
- You're comfortable with data. Whether it's SQL, or Excel, you use numbers to tell a story and justify your product decisions.
- You thrive in hyper-growth environments. You're comfortable with ambiguity and can pivot quickly when new data emerges.
- You possess a keen eye for user experience and a deep understanding of UX principles. You prioritize the subtle details that transform a functional feature into an intuitive, seamless user journey.
Bonus Points
- Experience in HR Tech, AI/Machine Learning, or B2B SaaS.
- Background in a startup or hyper-growth environment where you wore multiple hats.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business.
