Falcon's co-founding team, Priyanka, who is among the top five women fintech leaders in India and Prabhtej, a seasoned entrepreneur and the youngest board member of Board of Cricket Control of India, are now looking for Project Manager to join our growing team of product experts.
As an Associate Product Manager at Falcon, you will be a key member of the product team, responsible for analyzing market trends, researching customers and competitors, gathering requirements, and defining features to contribute to the development, enhancement, and optimization of our fintech products.
Your Responsibilities & Impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, business goals, and market context.
- Conduct and synthesise user feedback from surveys, interviews, support channels, and internal stakeholders.
- Analyse customer insights, product data, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Support prioritisation of product features and roadmap planning based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Convert user needs and data insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to platform-level initiatives by working on reusable components and APIs that support multiple product use cases.
- Collaborate with engineering to define scalable, extensible solutions, keeping long-term platform capabilities and integrations in mind.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to help drive feature delivery.
- Track key product metrics, engagement trends, and feature performance, and share insights with relevant teams.
- Support product reviews and presentations by preparing summaries, findings, and recommendations.
- Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends to inform product decisions and positioning.
- Partner with the design team to ensure a usable and intuitive product experience.
- Assist in iterating on products based on user feedback, performance data, and evolving market needs.
- Stay informed about relevant regulatory or compliance considerations that may affect product features.
You'll be a great fit if you have
- A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of overall experience, ideally with exposure to product management, business analysis, operations, consulting, analytics, or a similar cross-functional role.
- Exposure to financial products such as credit cards, credit lines (including UPI-based credit), or lending products is a strong plus.
- Exposure to APIs, backend systems, or platform thinking, with an understanding of scalability, integrations, and reusable architectures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to translate user feedback and data into actionable product improvements.
- Comfort working with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
- Attention to detail in documentation, analysis, and execution.
- Curiosity about user behaviour, market trends, and product innovation.
- Strong ownership, prioritisation, and task management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of wireframing or product flow sketching.
