This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Product Manager, based in Jaipur. The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for product development, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the product meets market needs and company goals. They will also analyze market trends, engage with customers to understand their needs, and streamline user experiences to align with the company's mission.

• Proficiency in Product Management, Product Development, and User Experience (UX)
• Strong skills in Business Analysis, Strategic Thinking, and Problem-Solving
• Familiarity with Market Research, Data Analysis, and Requirement Gathering
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, and Marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Prior experience in financial services or technology-focused roles is an advantage
