Associate Product Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-potential Associate Product Manager / Product Manager to join

our fast-paced product team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives at the intersection

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive product initiatives from ideation to launch to scale, working closely with

cross-functional teams.

• Conduct user research, data analysis, and market benchmarking to identify

opportunities and define product requirements.

• Write clear and detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to ensure timely delivery of

features with high quality.

• Track and analyze key product metrics to continuously improve adoption, engagement,

and retention.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to drive innovation.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management at a product-first tech company, or as a

founder/early-stage entrepreneur.

• Strong academic pedigree – Premier institute undergrad/MBA preferred.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in data-driven decision-making

(SQL/Excel is a plus).

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a bias for action.

• Passion for food-tech, consumer experiences, and building products that users love.
