Associate Product Manager

This is a full-time, on-site Associate Product Manager role based in Chennai. The Associate Product Manager will collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to develop and launch innovative products. They will be responsible for gathering customer requirements, defining product strategies, prioritizing features, managing product backlogs, and ensuring timely execution. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends, driving cross-functional communication, and ensuring product alignment with customer and business goals.

• Strong skills in Product Management, including market analysis, roadmapping, and backlog management.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and efficient collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in User Research, Business Analysis, and understanding customer needs to inform product strategies.
• Understanding of Data Analytics, including metrics evaluation and reporting for data-driven decision-making.
• Technical understanding of Product Engineering concepts, AI, Cloud, and modern technology solutions is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
