As a fast-growing startup, we are scaling rapidly and seeking a Product Manager who can bring clarity, structure, and execution excellence across engineering, design, GTM, and partner success.

About the Role

We are hiring a hands-on experienced Associate Product Manager to own product modules end-to-end from discovery to delivery, adoption, and improvements. You will work with Engineering, Design, QA, Sales, CX, and Tally Partners to build intuitive, high-quality features for our AI-powered finance operations platform.

Experience

We are looking only for someone who has 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Product Development

Key Responsibilities

Drive product discovery through customer and partner research.

Convert insights into PRDs, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Lead sprint execution, ensuring on-time and high-quality releases.

Collaborate with UX to build clean, intuitive web + mobile experiences.

Analyse product usage data and identify improvements using Mixpanel/PostHog.

Align roadmap priorities with Sales, CX, and Partner ecosystem needs.

Must-Have Skills

Experience in SaaS / FinTech / ERP / Workflow-heavy products.

Strong understanding of accounting/ERP/finance processes; Tally familiarity is a plus.

Proven experience writing clear PRDs and translating complex workflows into simple UX.

Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Comfortable working with engineering, APIs, data models, and design teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred Backgrounds

Experience in:

Accounting / ERP / Finance Automation.

B2B order-taking / distribution/ workflow products.

High-quality B2C product companies with strong UX.

Good-to-Have

Exposure to OCR, AI workflows, GST/TDS/TCS flows.

Experience with B2B mobile app products.

Finance/Accounts/CA background or strong domain interest.
