Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our Product team. You will work closely with senior product leaders, design, engineering, and business teams to build impactful product experiences that drive user engagement, retention, and revenue.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their product career to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced consumer tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product ExecutionAssist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features
- Own specific product modules/features end-to-end
- User & Market UnderstandingConduct user research, gather insights, and identify pain points
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to inform product decisions
- Data-Driven Decision MakingTrack product performance metrics (conversion, retention, engagement)
- Use analytics tools to generate insights and recommend improvements
- Cross-functional CollaborationCoordinate with business, marketing, sales, and operations teams
- Ensure alignment between product roadmap and business goals
- Product OptimizationRun experiments (A/B tests), iterate on features, and improve user experience
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance product usability
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in Product, Business Analytics, Consulting, or related roles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Basic understanding of product management frameworks and agile methodologies
- Ability to work with data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn
Good to Have:
- Experience in consumer tech, food-tech, or marketplace platforms
- Familiarity with tools like SQL, Mixpanel, GA, or similar analytics platforms
- Exposure to UX principles and product design thinking
