Associate Product Manager

DailyBrief is one of India's highest rated news apps. We are looking for a proactive and innovative Associate Product Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of DailyBrief while supporting the development of new, cutting-edge technology products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including design, engineering, and marketing—to transform ideas into impactful product experiences, enhance user engagement, and shape the future of our offerings. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on both a well-established product and exciting emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development for DailyBrief: Lead feature enhancements, identify opportunities for improvement, and manage updates based on user feedback.
• New Tech Products: Support the end-to-end product lifecycle for new tech initiatives, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
• User-Centered Design: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to craft intuitive, engaging, and innovative user experiences.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze user behavior and key metrics to inform product decisions and optimize performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product execution and success.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to guide the product roadmap.
• Product Roadmap Ownership: Assist in defining, maintaining, and communicating the product vision and strategy across teams.
• Project Management: Track development progress, ensure timely releases, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

Qualifications:

• Some experience in product management, or strong willingness to learn and grow in the role.
• Understanding of the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and user-centered product design.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Interest in AI, machine learning, or emerging technology trends is a plus.
