At Docupilot, we are building the next generation of end-to-end document managementWe are looking for an ambitious, execution-focused APM to take charge of our day-to-day product deliverables. You will be the bridge between our strategic vision and technical reality, ensuring that Docupilot remains a future-ready, AI-based platform that solves complex document workflows for businesses worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
You will be the primary driver of the product's lifecycle, moving features from the drawing board to production.
Roadmap Execution & Strategic Contribution
- Feature Delivery: Take full ownership of the day-to-day execution of the product roadmap. You ensure we ship high-quality features on time.
- Strategic Input: While the leadership sets the overarching direction, you will contribute to the strategy by providing data-driven insights, customer feedback, and market research.
- AI-Based Innovation: Execute the integration of AI-based capabilities into our document suite, ensuring the product is intuitive and future-proof.
Product Management & Delivery
- PRD & User Stories: Author detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories that provide clear guidance to engineering and design.
- Sprint Ownership: Lead daily stand-ups, manage the backlog, and unblock the development team to ensure smooth, continuous delivery.
- Production & QA: Own the definition of done, ensuring every feature is tested, meets success criteria, and is successfully deployed to production.
Market Research & Customer Insight
- Pain Point Discovery: Conduct customer interviews and analyze support tickets to understand where the end-to-end document management experience can be improved.
- Competitive Intelligence: Keep a pulse on the industry to help the team understand how to keep our product future-ready
Stakeholder Management & Success Tracking
- Cross-Functional Link: Act as the primary point of contact for Sales, Support, and Marketing to ensure alignment on feature launches and updates.
- Measuring Impact: Define and monitor success metrics (KPIs) for every release, reporting back on how features are performing against our growth goals.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Product Management or related roles, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Execution Power: You have a track record of taking features from concept to launch while effectively manage multiple stakeholders. You are organized, detail-oriented, and relentless about quality.
- Strategic Mindset: You aren't just a task manager. You ask why and provide the data needed to shape our long-term document management strategy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; you can distill complex technical requirements into simple, actionable goals.
- Technical Comfort: You are comfortable discussing APIs and workflows with engineers while keeping the end-user's experience at the forefront.
- AI-first implementer: You have to ability to think AI as well as leverage AI tools to boost efficiency.
