We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to lead the 0-1 journey of a new digital experience that helps customers make confident eyewear purchase decisions. You'll be responsible for shaping the pre-sales experience from discovery and exploration to purchase readiness through intelligent and personalized digital interactions. This role combines user empathy, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to create seamless, high-impact customer journeys that bridge online discovery and offline conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Own and improve the AI Stylist, improving engagement and conversion across web and mobile experiences.
  • Work closely with design, data, and engineering teams to conceptualize and launch new conversational and guided experiences that help users find the right products.
  • Collaborate with business and marketing teams to identify drop-off points and friction in the current discovery flow and deliver solutions that improve funnel performance.
  • Build frameworks to evaluate response accuracy and recommendation quality, incorporating user feedback loops to continuously improve experience relevance.
  • Partner with analytics and research teams to understand user intent and context, driving personalization at scale.
  • Support the roadmap for content, UX, and platform improvements across geographies.
  • Coordinate A/B tests, track key metrics (conversion, session depth, retention), and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in product management, growth, or product analytics in a digital-first company.
  • Strong customer empathy and understanding of e-commerce or digital consumer journeys.
  • Proven ability to work on 0-1 products or early-stage initiatives, from concept to launch.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like SQL, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to align with design, engineering, and business stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and comfort working in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment with evolving hypotheses.

Nice To Have

  • Background in conversational or guided UX flows.
  • Experience with recommendation or personalization systems.
  • Exposure to machine-learning-driven product experiences.
  • Experience with Custom LLM evaluation frameworks with human-in-the-loop.
