Associate Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation and requirement gathering to launch and continuous improvement.
• Develop product strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to build and scale products.
• Analyze product performance, user behavior, and market trends to inform data-driven decisions.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements using a structured roadmap approach.
• Conduct user research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis to drive product innovation.
• Ensure seamless and timely product releases with cross-functional coordination.
• Act as the voice of the customer while balancing technical and business constraints.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must currently be in a Product Manager role with at least 2 years in the same position at the current organization.
• Hands-on experience in Ecommerce, D2C, or B2C startups with end-to-end product delivery.
• Strong understanding of product development frameworks (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable product features.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Mixpanel, Figma, GA/GTM, or equivalent.
