Hey there! We're on the lookout for a Associate Product Designer to join our Growth & Product Team at Kettoa startup with big dreams and an even bigger impact. What You'll Do (Besides Being Awesome)
- Work with PMs, devs, and fellow design nerds to craft seamless user experiences.
- Dive deep into user research to uncover what makes people click (literally and figuratively).
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect designs that make users go .
- Collaborate with devs to ensure your designs are implemented the way they were meant to be.
- Build and maintain design systems & style guidesbecause consistency is key.
- Take ownership and track how your designs are performing. Are they driving impact Let's measure and iterate.
- Iterate. Test. Repeat. We don't design for vanity; we design for real outcomes.
- Stay updated with design trendsbut also know when to break the rules.
What You Bring To The Table
- 1-3 years of UI/UX experience designing for web & mobile.
- A portfolio that speaks louder than wordsshow us what you've got!
- Mastery in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite (because paint.exe won't cut it).
- A deep understanding of user-centered design and data-driven decision-making.
- The ability to communicate design ideas like you're telling a great story.
- A keen eye for detail (but also knowing when to zoom out and see the bigger picture).
- Experience with usability testing & user research (major plus, but not a dealbreaker).
- A growth mindsetwe love people who learn fast and think big.
