Responsibility
1 Monitor Optical Transport & DWDM networks; respond to alarms and events.
2 Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
3 Create, update, escalate, and close transport network trouble tickets.
4 Prepare and execute after-hours Maintenance Requests for network augments.
5 Collaborate with NCC and TAC to maintain overall network health.
6 Track and document resolution activities; provide consistent updates to customers.
7 Conduct tests, validation checks, and support repair coordination.
8 Coordinate and dispatch field technicians for maintenance and fault repairs.
9 Work with telemetry tools when console access to devices is unavailable.
Qualifications

Qualification
1 56 years experience in Service Provider / NOC operations.
2 Strong knowledge of SONET/DWDM transport technologies.
3 Hands-on experience with: Ciena 6500, Ciena RLS, Infinera (Fixed & Flex Grid), Alcatel PSS-32/16, Nokia 1830.
4 Understanding of IP networking fundamentals.
5 Experience in technical project coordination/management.
6 Excellent English communication skills.
7 High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
8 Ability to adapt to fast-changing network environments and operational demands.
