The Loan Coordinator / Processor plays a critical role in guiding mortgage applications through the initial stages of processing. This individual is responsible for meticulously verifying borrower documentation, coordinating with third parties, and ensuring the loan file is complete and ready for underwriting, all while strictly adhering to compliance policies.
