Key Responsibilities
Predictive insights (forecasting, trend analysis) for Leadership team to enable strategic business decisions
Regional insights derived from CRM journeys (automated/adhoc campaigns) and User engagement patterns
User behavioral scoring (Engagement, Intent, Activity etc.), RFM and Segmentation models to improve targeting and enhance conversions
Core Requirements
68 years of relevant experience in data science (preferably in Fintech sector) with a strong bend on predictive modeling/advance analytics using BigQueryML SQL (Preferred) / Python / Similar
Proficiency in scoring and segmentation techniques applied to CRM campaign targeting and conversion uplift
Hands-on experience integrating data sources (GA4, GCP, GSC etc.) with visualization platforms like Looker Studio (Preferred) / Power BI / Tableau / Similar
Ability to troubleshoot data inconsistencies/validate data sources to establish single source of truth
Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in APAC (Singapore) shift to align with the broader team
