Job Summary
The Event Management Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring operational events, coordinating with Field Technicians and NOC support teams, and ensuring timely ticket updates and routing. The role primarily focuses on operational coordination, ticket management, and communication across multiple teams to ensure smooth incident handling and resolution within the client environment.
This role is suitable for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 35 years of experience, preferably with exposure to the telecom or ISP domain.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Field Technicians, NOC teams, and other client support groups for event handling and incident management.
Monitor operational events and ensure timely ticket creation, updates, and proper routing to the correct support queues.
Maintain accurate documentation and status updates within the ticketing system.
Track and follow up on open incidents/events until proper ownership is assigned.
Communicate effectively with internal and client teams to ensure clear visibility of ongoing events and actions.
Escalate issues as required based on defined operational procedures.
Support the operations team by maintaining consistent communication flow between field operations and NOC teams.
Ensure SLA adherence through timely coordination and updates.
Maintain operational logs and support reporting activities when required.
Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong coordination and communication abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Good attention to detail for ticket updates and documentation
Basic understanding of ticketing workflows and incident handling
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Basic knowledge of Telecom / ISP operations
Exposure to NOC environments or ticketing systems
Understanding of incident/event management processes
Experience & Qualification
Freshers or candidates with 05 years of experience
Bachelors degree in any discipline
Experience in telecom operations / BPO / coordination roles will be an advantage
