Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their goals, customer journeys, and analytical requirements.

  • Identify key metrics and KPIs to be tracked and measured, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Translate business requirements into detailed Adobe Tech specs and Solution Design Recommendations (SDR) based on best practices for Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch.

  • Develop comprehensive documentation to guide the implementation of analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with the tagging and analytics teams, as well as Multi-Solution Architects, to plan the technical implementation of Adobe Analytics.
  • Utilize Adobe Analytics to track and analyze website and application performance metrics, user behavior, and conversion rates.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards in Adobe Analytics and Tableau to visualize data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure that tagging strategies and data collection methods align with best practices and business needs
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical implementation teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on data collection and reporting requirements.
  • Plan, oversee, and measure customer behavior and campaign performance, ensuring accurate and actionable insights are delivered.
  • Monitor and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Provide recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement based on data insights and business needs.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in web analytics using Adobe Analytics (formerly Omniture) and proficiency in Adobe Reporting.
  • Adobe Analytics Certification Expert Business Practitioner or Architect
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, data collection
  • Proven experience with Adobe Analytics, including familiarity with Adobe Launch and best practices in implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into clear technical specifications and documentation.
  • Experience in project management and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
