Job Description
- Implementing ERN changes through ECME portal.
- Ensuring Error free BOM and on time Routing updations.
- Implementing and maintain Error free SOP in Assy area .
- conducting Process validations in Assy.
- Implementation of Poka yoke activities to avoid manual error.
- Participate in Quality Review meetings and taking corrective actions against internal reworks and customer complaints.
- Responsible for Implementing IMS .
- Solving process related issues in regular production.
- Participate in ERN Drawing review meetings and escalate the issues/requirements to PDE.
- Initiate on elimination of Need extra time and update routing sheet.
- Coordinate and complete the Support requests which is raised from Assy Dept.
- completing operator Kaizens on time.
- Taking Actions against process Audit, product Audit and Barrier Audi, ISO Audit and Gemba walk observations.
