Root Cause Analysis RCA and permanent fix implementation
Production support and application monitoring
SLA SLO and KPI adherence
Release deployment and postdeployment support
Environment support Dev Test UAT Prod
Batch job monitoring and failure resolution
Application run and maintenance activities
Log analysis and issue troubleshooting
ServiceNow usage for ticketing and workflows
Performance and availability monitoring
Application runbook handbook maintenance
SOP and knowledge article documentation
Major incident and escalation handling
Coordination with development and infra teams
Support during application transition and KT
ITIL Agile Waterfall and DevOps process adherence
