- Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex software systems, applying advanced architecture patterns and styles.
- Drive technical strategy and roadmap for full-stack development, leveraging Next.js and React.js ecosystems.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams on best practices in software development, including clean code, OOP, and SOLID principles.
- Oversee the performance optimization and scalability of applications, ensuring robust and efficient solutions.
- Champion the adoption of modern front-end technologies and frameworks, such as React.js with advanced hooks and memoization.
- Ensure high-quality code through comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, snapshot, and integration tests using Jest.
- Design and implement data structures and algorithms for optimal problem-solving and system efficiency.
- Architect and manage cloud-native solutions on GCP, utilizing services like CloudRun, Spanner, and BigQuery.
- Establish and maintain robust telemetry, logging, tracing, and monitoring systems using tools like Logscale and Grafana.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 12-16 years of progressive experience in software engineering, with a significant focus on architectural leadership.
- Deep expertise in Architecture Patterns and Styles is mandatory. - Proficient in full-stack development with Next.js (v16+) and React.js (v19+), including server-side rendering, server actions, context, modern hooks, and performance optimization. - Strong command of TypeScript, including advanced features like template literal types and generics.
- Extensive experience with Data Structures and Algorithms (arrays, sets, maps, graphs, recursion).
- Demonstrated ability to apply Clean Code, OOP, SOLID principles, and general design patterns. - Experience with UI frameworks like Tailwind CSS (v4+).
- Expertise in testing methodologies and frameworks, particularly Jest for unit, snapshot, and integration tests
- - Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as CloudRun, Spanner, and BigQuery.
- Familiarity with telemetry, logging, tracing, and monitoring tools (e.g., Logscale, Grafana).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
