Job Description
As an Associate Principal Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions to our clients. Your deep understanding of SAP EWM, coupled with your experience in S4 Hana implementations, will be instrumental in driving successful projects. You will collaborate with a diverse team, both on-site and offshore, to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP EWM projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance to the team, especially in EWM and its integration with QM/PP modules.
- Conduct requirement analysis, design, and configuration activities for EWM solutions.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SAP EWM and S4 Hana, contributing to the growth of the team's expertise.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, demonstrating your expertise to potential clients and contributing to proposal development.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Collaborate with other functional teams to ensure seamless integration and a holistic approach to project delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP EWM, with a strong focus on S4 Hana implementations.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing EWM projects, including at least 2-3 full life cycles.
- In-depth knowledge of EWM functionalities and its integration with other SAP modules, particularly QM and PP.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage complex projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to finding innovative solutions.
- Experience in a cross-functional and client-facing role, preferably in an on/off-shore model.
- A certification in SAP EWM is highly desirable, showcasing your expertise and commitment to the field.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of guiding and developing junior team members.
