Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Associate Principal Engineer QA Automation to lead quality strategy and drive large-scale QA transformation initiatives within client accounts. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep expertise in automation and performance testing.
The ideal candidate will act as the
single point of leadership for QA, ensuring value-driven delivery aligned with client business objectives and measurable quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Account Leadership
- Own and drive the QA strategy across client accounts
- Align QA outcomes with business objectives, quality KPIs, and ROI
- Act as the trusted advisor for quality transformation and innovation
- Identify opportunities for QA expansion, automation adoption, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams on QA solutions and proposals
Delivery & Governance
- Ensure seamless QA delivery across multiple teams
- Standardize QA processes and optimize tools for predictable, high-quality outcomes
- Drive governance, risk management, compliance, and reporting
- Strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement and delivery excellence
Technical & Practice Leadership
- Lead adoption of modern QA practices (Shift-Left, Automation-First, AI-led Testing)
- Drive enterprise-level test automation framework strategies
- Oversee performance testing strategy and execution
- Mentor and groom senior QA engineers within the account
Required Skills & Experience
- 1014 years of experience in QA / Test Engineering
- Strong experience in Selenium and Test Automation Frameworks
- Hands-on exposure to Performance Testing
- Experience with Test Management tools and QA governance
- Strong understanding of enterprise QA strategy and transformation
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
- Experience working in Agile and large enterprise environments
