Job Summary

 Seeking an Associate Principal with 11 to 15 years of experience in Pythonbased Generative AI specializing in Prompt Engineering and RetrievalAugmented Generation RAG

  Job Description 

 Design develop and optimize prompt engineering techniques to enhance AI model performance Implement RetrievalAugmented Generation RAG frameworks to improve information retrieval and response accuracy Utilize Python to build scalable generative AI solutions aligned with business objectives Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate generative AI capabilities into existing platforms Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and related technologies Analyze data and model outputs to continuously improve AIdriven applications

Roles and Responsibilities 

 Lead the development and deployment of prompt engineering strategies to drive AI innovation Architect and maintain RAG pipelines ensuring efficient retrieval and generation processes Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices in Python programming and generative AI techniques Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality security and performance standards Participate in research and prototyping to explore new generative AI methodologies Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex AI system issues

Must to have:

• For Tech Lead - Ability to convert functional to technical roles and lead the team in unblocking and delivering tasks.


• Cloud stack like AWS, Azure - ability to deploy, troubleshoot and deliver applications


• Experience working with Docker, ECS, CI/CD pipelines


• Exposure to Gen AI tools leveraging them via APIs


• Hands-on experience working with Python


• Good Communication – This is important to convey it clearly as teams are spread across globe.

• UI Tech like Angular/ React


• Services like Flask/Django
