Job Description
Responsible for leading the end-to-end data migrations for safety systems. Should have a thorough understanding of data migration process and Argus Safety Database. The work would involve leading a team of data migration developers and business analysts and work closely with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and project success.
- Develop and implement data migration strategies and plans
- Lead a team of data migration specialists
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy during migration processes
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading activities
- Monitor and report on migration progress and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues
- Prepare documentation and provide training to end-users
Qualifications
- Computer science, Information Technology or related degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data migrations
- Proven experience leading safety data migration projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Back-end and application knowledge of Argus
- Strong SQL and PLSQL skills
