Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Principal Architect located in Pune and Mumbai. The Associate Principal Architect will be responsible for leading architectural and Interior design projects, managing project timelines and deliverables, integrating architectural plans , talking to clients, creating building plans, urban design , and landscape planning with Revit and BIM , and overseeing the development and execution of construction, site work , and architectural design and work from inception to completion. They will collaborate closely with other architects, 3d visualizers, cost estimators, and clients to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Leadership

• Lead concept design, schematic design, and design development stages for bunglow and resorts
• Provide creative direction and ensure alignment with the client's vision and the firm's design ethos.
• Review and approve design proposals, drawings, and presentations.

1. Project Management

• Oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, local regulations, and sustainability goals.

1. Client Engagement

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing expectations and addressing concerns proactively.
• Present design concepts and project updates to clients and stakeholders.

1. Team Mentorship & Collaboration

• Mentor junior architects, designers, and interns, fostering skill development and design thinking.
• Promote a collaborative work culture across design and execution teams.

1. Quality Control & Technical Oversight

• Ensure technical accuracy of construction documents, specifications, and detailing.
• Conduct periodic site visits to review design implementation and quality.

1. Business Development

• Support the Principal Architect in acquiring new projects and strengthening client relationships.
• Participate in pitches, proposals, and design competitions as needed.
