- In this role you should champion safety and create a zero-incident culture
- Further to this you will recruit, train, develop, and deploy area operations teams
- In this role you will balance remuneration with competence
- Further you will foster openness, mutual learning, continuous improvement, and innovation
- Moreover, you will empower site staff for emergency decision-making
- Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with internal/external regulations and standards
- Moreover, you will train all personnel and visitors on hazards and safe behavior
- Additionally, you will investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Thereafter, you will ensure product and consumable availability
- Additionally, you will maximize plant productivity and asset utilization
- Further to this you will ensure timely application, renewal, and compliance of all statutory licenses
- Furthermore, you will maintain documentation and liaison with regulatory authorities
- Additionally, you will monitor changes in legislation and implement necessary actions
Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes
- You have a graduation degree in any engineering discipline with Industrial Safety Diploma and FDA approved
- You possess at least 12 years of experience in Plant Operation and maintenance
