Hiring Freshers for the role Trainer & Learner Success Associate .

Location-Kolkata

Role Summary A full-time, ground-floor role covering trainer relations, workshop coordination and learner support — the connective tissue between trainers, learners and the platform to moves from launch into regular operations.

Key Responsibilities ▸ Trainer outreach & onboarding — approach prospective trainers and guide them through profile setup and listing. ▸ Trainer support — resolve day-to-day trainer queries on scheduling, technology, payments and platform process. ▸ Workshop coordination — pre-session checks and on-the-day troubleshooting to keep sessions running smoothly. ▸ Learner support — handle learner queries on bookings, payments, certificates and platform use. ▸ Corporate coordination (upcoming) — support requirement intake and matching as the B2B segment scales.

Who We're Looking For ▸ B.Tech / BCA / BSc-CS fresher, comfortable with web platforms and basic troubleshooting. ▸ Strong verbal & written communication; calm, patient, solutions-first with queries.
