Associate Patient Services

• Handle OP registration, IP admissions, discharge coordination, and patient navigation across departments.
• Assist patients and attendants with billing queries, estimates, insurance documentation, and TPA coordination.
• Support clinic coordination including doctor schedules, queue management, and appointment confirmations.
• Act as the first point of contact for patient concerns and service recovery, escalating appropriately when required.
• Ensure accurate demographic entry in HIS and completeness of patient documentation.
• Guide patients through diagnostic, consultation, and admission processes to minimize wait time and confusion.
• Coordinate with Nursing, Billing, Insurance, Diagnostics, and Clinical teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Support discharge planning by coordinating clearances, billing readiness, and patient education.
• Capture patient feedback, assist PREM / PROM collection, and support experience improvement initiatives.
• Maintain courteous communication and professional conduct at all touchpoints.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH patient rights & responsibilities, and confidentiality standards.
• Assist in managing Google reviews and feedback responses as guided by the Patient Experience team.
• Support estimation, conversion, and retention processes by following up on pending cases and walk-ins.
• Maintain daily logs, reports, and shift handovers as required
  
  

Qualifications

Education: Any Graduate. With MBA in Hospital Management will be preferred

Experience: Min 1 years of experience into Hospital OP & /or IP billing, admission and conversion. Freshers can apply for OP Registration.
