Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and insightful Creative Strategist with proven experience in social media marketing and a strong foundation in marketing fundamentals. This role requires developing end-to-end customer experience strategies and crafting actionable insights to drive brand growth and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive customer experience strategies encompassing research, vision, and design.
  • Formulate tailored strategies for diverse demographics based on deep market and audience understanding.
  • Create strategies spanning from broad brand initiatives to specific tactical plans involving social media, content, and influencer engagement.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and innovative research techniques to uncover unique consumer behaviors and opportunities.
  • Apply core marketing principles to craft effective and consumer-centric strategies.
  • Manage content calendars, build caption banks, and engage in trendjacking to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Lead community management efforts and use social listening tools to interpret consumer behavior across platforms.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to bring consumer perspectives alive for creative teams and clients.
  • Articulate clear, logical, and persuasive strategic rationales that align with brand narratives.
  • Design and deliver compelling presentations and decks that effectively communicate strategies and insights.
  • Communicate fluently in English and Hindi, addressing diverse audiences with clarity.

Qualifications

  • Graduation, preferably in Media, Marketing, Branding, or Advertising.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing, with expertise in Instagram marketing and Reels.
  • Proven experience as a Creative Strategist or in a similar strategic role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and customer-centric approaches.
  • Experience navigating fast-paced, dynamic work environments with adaptability.
  • Knowledge of the influencer landscape and effective partnership strategies.
  • Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative research into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box ideas.
  • Skilled in creating content that resonates with diverse audience segments.
