Role Title: Associate - Order Management
Location: HQ, Malleshwaram, Bangalore
Key Activities include
:1) Demo Activation & Account Setu
- pActivate demo accounts in the system upon receipt of completed demo request forms from salespersons or channel partners for ECG, Echo, and TCC products
- .Map customer workflows and configure service types in the system based on the requirements specified in the customer agreement
- .Manage product activation/coordination through the admin panel using email-based inputs
- .Remain available on WhatsApp groups for real-time demo activation requests - field teams wait at customer sites and expect immediate action
.2) Documentation Verification & Billin
- gVerify all customer documents - agreements, GST numbers, identity proofs, contact details, and signatures - for accuracy and completeness before processing
- .Coordination with the Finance team over Jira
- .Screen all onboarding requests against prior customer payment history; flag accounts with unresolved outstanding dues before proceeding
.3) Inventory Requests & Order Processin
- gCoordinate with the inventory team for all channel partner asset requirements and coordinate with the Inventory team to ensure machines are dispatched on time
- .Verify dealer purchase orders and check for outstanding dues before processing machinery requests
- .Process post-revenue account changes - name updates, ownership transfers, and service modifications - as routed by the Account Management team
.4) Cross-functional Coordinatio
- nCoordinate simultaneously across Sales, Finance, Inventory, and Account Management on multiple open requests
- .Coordination with field teams on activation status, documentation gaps, and timelines
- .Contribute to process improvement and documentation standardisation initiatives as the function evolves
- .Take ownership of assigned tasks and grow into senior responsibilities over time

Requirement
- s:Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com.) or Business Administration (BBA); fresher candidates are encouraged to appl
- y.0 - 2 years of experience in operations, back-office functions, or related role
- s.Prior exposure to healthcare, insurance processing, or document-intensive operations is an advantag
- e.Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Gmail, and online forms; familiarity with JIRA is a plu
- s.High attention to detail with the ability to catch errors at the documentation stage before they cause downstream issue
- s.Strong multitasking ability - this role handles several concurrent requests across teams, often under time pressur
- e.High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential customer and financial information with integrit
