Based in Ahmedabad, the centre has successfully conducted over 5000 Vitreo Retina Surgeries, 5000+ Intravitreal Injections, and over 3000 Retinal and ROP Laser procedures. Dr. Patel's background includes a Master of Surgery in Ophthalmology from B.J. Medical College, Ahmedabad, and a fellowship at the L.V. Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad. The centre is dedicated to providing advanced retinal care and treatment.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Optometrist, located in Ahmedabad. The Associate Optometrist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and managing retinal diseases, providing pre- and post-operative care for retinal surgeries, and administering treatments such as intravitreal injections and laser procedures. The role involves collaborating with the medical team to develop treatment plans and ensure the highest standard of patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting comprehensive eye exams and diagnosing retinal conditions
• Skills in administering intravitreal injections and performing laser procedures
• Knowledge in managing pre- and post-operative care for retinal surgeries
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Bachelor's degree (BSc Optometry) from an accredited institution
• Registration with relevant optometry boards and associations
• Experience in a clinical or hospital setting is an advantage
• Candidates working in optic stores will not be considered
