About the Role
The Associate Operations Specialist Securitization in the Retail Asset Operations department is responsible for processing customer transactions related to securitization deals. This includes disbursement processing, accounting entries, internal reporting, and coordination with various stakeholders. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of securitization-related activities while supporting automation and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Process disbursements for securitization deals within defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Prepare payout files and ensure error-free posting of accounting entries for receipts, cashflows, and funds in the collection account.
- Prepare and circulate internal MIS and compile data for regulatory reporting.
- Coordinate with Business Teams, Originators, and IT Teams for requirements related to Post Booking Operations (PBO).
- Assist the Process In-Charge in identifying and implementing controls to prevent recurring errors.
- Maintain effective written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Support automation of manual activities to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare presentations for internal reviews and conduct data analysis for ongoing projects.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduation: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in banking operations, securitization, or financial services.
Skills and Attributes
- Basic understanding of securitization processes and financial accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation.
