About the Role
The Associate Operations Specialist – Retail Assets Operations is responsible for executing operational processes related to loan servicing within the central operations hub. This includes handling various post-disbursal activities such as storage management, insurance, payments, reconciliations, and quality assurance. The role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and branches to ensure accurate and timely processing, while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform transaction processing across loan servicing functions within defined Turnaround Time (TAT) and with 100% accuracy.
- Manage daily processing activities in accordance with system guidelines and process checklists.
- Oversee key areas such as storage management, insurance, payments, repayments, reconciliation, and quality assurance.
- Coordinate with local branches to resolve discrepancies identified in loan files.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including Product and Policy teams for updates on loan booking guidelines and processes.
- Publish and share various MIS reports with relevant stakeholders.
- Possess a basic understanding of the loan lifecycle and related operational processes.
- Utilize MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
- May be required to manage a small team of 5–6 direct reports.

What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduation: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in loan servicing or retail asset operations.
Skills and Attributes
- Basic knowledge of loan lifecycle and servicing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
