About the Role
We are hiring an Associate Operations Specialist – Retail Liability Operations (D) to support our Retail Liability Operations team. This role is responsible for processing customer requests and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with operational guidelines. The candidate will play a key role in document scrutiny, data entry, and transaction processing, contributing to smooth and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform document scrutiny for account opening and service request processing.
- Execute data entry for account opening and service requests as per prescribed guidelines.
- Process customer transactions accurately and within defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Ensure compliance with operational checklists and quality standards.
- Support daily operations by adhering to system-based procedures and controls.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Liaise with other teams within Retail Liability Operations to ensure seamless coordination and issue resolution.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduation: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banking operations or customer service processing.
Skills and Attributes
- Basic understanding of banking operations and account lifecycle.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Customer-centric mindset aligned with IDFC First's service standards.
