Job Title: Associate Operations Specialist - Liability Operations

Job Purpose
The Associate Operations Specialist (D) in the Retail Liability Operations department is responsible for processing customer requests and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance in documentation and data entry. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering high-quality service within the retail liabilities domain.
Roles & Responsibilities
Scrutinize documents for account opening and service request processing.
Perform data entry for account opening and service requests.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Liaise with other teams within Retail Liability Operations to ensure smooth workflow and resolution of issues.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Basic understanding of banking operations and customer service processes.
Educational Qualifications
Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)
Experience: 0 - 2 years of relevant experience
