About the Role
The Associate Operations Specialist – Asset Digital Journeys in the Loan Servicing – Retail Asset Operations department plays a critical role in driving digital transformation across asset operations. This techno-functional role involves leveraging functional expertise to design and implement technology-driven solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. The incumbent will collaborate with front-end teams such as Business, Collections, and Customer Service to streamline digital loan journeys, EMI collections, and service request management. A strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and stakeholder engagement is essential to accelerate digital adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and implement digital workflows and systems that connect front-end and back-end operations for seamless execution.
- Collaborate with business partners, OEMs (solution providers), and technology teams to conceptualize and build digital solutions.
- Drive system integrations across multiple applications, with expertise in API integrations.
- Gather, analyze, and finalize requirements; prepare BRDs; and design solutions for digital product integration.
- Create and review test scenarios and documentation for system enhancements and development projects.
- Conduct thorough testing and monitor testing activities to ensure quality and closure.
- Possess working knowledge of FinnOne or similar loan systems, including LOS (Loan Origination System) and LMS (Loan Management System).
- Manage project deliverables across the lifecycle—conceptualization, scoping, documentation, testing, and final delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement new and existing system requirements.
- Apply industry best practices in asset operations, including EMI presentation, mandate management, file management, and customer lifecycle management.

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduation: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital operations, loan servicing, or asset operations.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong techno-functional skills with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Proficiency in API integrations and digital product implementation.
- Experience in requirement gathering, BRD creation, and solution design.
- Knowledge of loan systems such as FinnOne, LOS, and LMS.
- Familiarity with the payments ecosystem and regulatory bodies like NPCI.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Strong project management capabilities and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results.
