Cityflo is a daily commute company that provides a comfortable, stress-free travel experience

for corporate professionals, as an alternative to driving. With premium buses, a simple app and

caring customer service, our passengers get the luxury of time in their busy schedules where

they can read their book, watch Netflix, nap or simply soak in the view of the city. We're bringing

joy back to commuting, and turning around urban traffic woes in a big way. Today, we run 400

buses and log 22000 daily bookings. After having established a strong product-market fit and

building a profitable business in Mumbai, we've expanded services to Hyderabad and Delhi where

the commute problem is as urgent and exciting. Over the next 1 year, we plan to scale to 700

buses and 80,000 daily bookings across all cities.

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Associate - Operations (Rentals) to support our

daily rental operations. This role involves continuous coordination with drivers, resolving client

queries, managing trip alignments, and ensuring smooth execution of operations through

telephonic communication.

Ideal for candidates who enjoy fast-paced environments and have strong communication and

follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

Driver & Trip Coordination

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with drivers to ensure timely reporting.
  • Align and assign trips as per operational requirements.
  • Manage last-minute driver or vehicle gaps with quick solutions.

Client Support (CS-style Role)

  • Handle client queries promptly via phone.
  • Resolve on-ground issues such as delays, route concerns, or service escalations.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous tone during all telephonic interactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Operational Support

  • Monitor running trips and ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Update trackers, logs, and reports as required.
  • Assist in day-to-day rental operations, especially during peak hours.
  • Support the operations manager in ad-hoc tasks.

Shift Timings (Rotational)

  • Morning Shift: 6:00 AM 3:00 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 10:00 PM 7:00 AM

(Weekly or monthly rotation as per business needs.)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Pursuing final year (for intern) any stream.
  • Strong verbal communication and telephone handling skills.
  • Good problem-solving and quick decision-making ability.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets preferred.
  • Ability to work in a rotational shift environment.
  • Prior experience in operations or customer support is an added advantage.
