Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for an Associate Operations Manager. The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day operational tasks, coordinate cross-functional teams, streamline workflows, and ensure resources are utilized efficiently. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance operational effectiveness. Additionally, you will contribute to the strategic development and execution of plans that align with company goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 Years of experience in Operations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a focus on streamlining operations.
• Experience in team coordination, resource allocation, and performance management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and the ability to implement effective solutions.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and reporting software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Relevant experience in the Edtech or technology industry is a plus.
