Role Overview
The Associate - Office of the CEO plays a pivotal role in helping drive strategic initiatives, enabling effective decision-making, and ensuring seamless execution of priorities for the CEO. In this highly visible and high-impact role, you will collaborate with senior leaders, manage cross-functional programs, and help bring clarity, alignment, and accountability across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Drive the CEO Office Agenda (60%)
Translate CEO Office priorities into actionable workstreams and execution outcomes.
Support and coordinate end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives as needed.
Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure alignment, progress, and readiness on strategic initiatives.
Support key firm-level operating processes including:
OKR formulation & tracking
Quarterly, monthly, and fortnightly priority cycles
Review preparation, insights synthesis, and follow-ups
Design clear, outcome-driven agendas for operating reviews and leadership forums.
Synthesize content and insights to ensure meetings drive meaningful discussion and decisions.
Capture and circulate crisp minutes and action summaries. Track, follow up, and drive closure on critical action items with relevant stakeholders.
Provide End-to-End Support During CEO India Visits (40%)
Shadow the CEO during India visits, ensuring smooth execution of all planned engagements.
Own the planning, design, and execution of the CEO's India agenda in partnership with business and functional leaders.
Track, follow up, and ensure timely closure of action items emerging from the visit.
Required Qualifications & Background
810 years of experience working in CEO Office / Chief of Staff / Enterprise PMO roles
MBA preferred. Consulting background strongly desired (strategy / transformation / PMO Tier 1, Tier 2, Big 4)
Strategic structuring & problem solving - ability to break ambiguous CEO priorities into clear workstreams and outcomes
Program & execution management - run cross-functional initiatives; strong follow-through and closure
Stakeholder management - Engages effectively with senior executives, building trusted relationships through clear, concise, and strategic communication.
Operating rigor - OKRs, reviews, dashboards, action tracking
