Associate Office Manager

What will you do

Are you ready to take center stage in orchestrating the seamless rhythm of our office environment As an Associate Office Manager at Plat4mation India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. You take pride in delivering happiness amongst the employees and in making the office a home for everybody to enjoy. You also get your energy from organizing and executing staff-oriented events such as team events, public holiday celebrations, office events, hackathons and game events. Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage office supplies inventory and ensure timely restocking
• Coordinate facility maintenance and vendor relationships
• Handle incoming/outgoing courier and mail
• Arrange daily lunch, pantry supplies, and office-related orders
• Coordinate travel and transportation logistics for employees and visitors
• Support general administrative and documentation tasks
• Collaborate with HR to organize office events, hackathons, and festive celebrations (Diwali, Christmas, Women's Day, etc.)
• Organize employee engagement activities, including team sports tournaments (cricket, badminton, football, etc.)
• Support the awards & recognition program by coordinating with HR for awardee lists and ensuring timely ordering/delivery of quarterly, ad-hoc, and hackathon awards & certificates
• Manage office upkeep, guest experiences, internal communications displays, and work with IT or facility vendors for smooth day-to-day operations
• Provide support to internal staff, new joiners, and external visitors as the first point of contact at the office

We ask

• Graduate in any discipline (degree/diploma in Office Administration/Facility Management is a plus)
• 1–3 years of office administration or facility coordination experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• A team player with a positive, proactive mindset
• Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels
• Fluency in English, Kannada and Hindi language is a plus
• Willingness to work from the office full-time in Bengaluru
