Role Brief:
We are seeking a Partnerships & Impact Associate to identify and onboard high-potential non-profit partners while building strong ecosystem relationships. The role involves co-creating impactful employee volunteering programs, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring smooth finance and reporting processes. You will collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to best practices aligned with evolving CSR and ESG trends.
Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard high-potential non-profit partners through structured research and due diligence.
Build and nurture relationships within the social impact ecosystem to unlock new partnership opportunities.
Co-create impactful employee volunteering programs with partners, ensuring strong participation and measurable outcomes.
Track partnership performance and growth metrics; generate data-driven insights and reports.
Coordinate finance-related processes including payment tracking, invoice reconciliation, and resolving partner queries.
Improve internal efficiency by running scripts, maintaining automated trackers, and streamlining reporting workflows.
Collaborate with content and marketing teams on partner stories, newsletters, and outreach materials.
Stay updated on CSR, ESG, and impact measurement trends; contribute best practices internally.
Skills:
Master's in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
12 years of experience in CSR, partnerships, Monitoring & Evaluation, or social sector program management.
Strong understanding of CSR regulations, impact frameworks, and donor reporting requirements.
Experience handling finance coordination and partner payments.
Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel preferred); familiarity with automation tools/scripts (e.g., macros, Google Apps Script, basic data automation).
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
